RESOLUTION NO. 891
<br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS, AC-
<br /> CEPTING CERTAIN IMPROVEMENTS, "MOODY HEIGHTS", TRACT NO. 5597
<br /> WHEREAS, certain improvements were required to be constructed as a condition
<br /> of approval of the Final Subdivision Map, entitled "Moody Heights°, Tract No. 5597,
<br /> the improvements being more particularly set forth in the "Staff Memorandum",
<br /> dated May 16, 1974, of the said subdivision, as recommended by the Planning Commis-
<br /> sion, dated May 20, 1974, and amended by the City Council on June 12, 1974; and
<br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills authorized the
<br /> Mayor on behalf of the said City Council to execute that certain subdivision agree-
<br /> ment between the Town of Los Altos Hills and the developer, Silent Hills Develop-
<br /> ment Corporation; and
<br /> WHEREAS, three (3) time certificates of deposit, in the amount of ten thou-
<br /> sand dollars ($10,000) each, were furnished the Town of Los Altos Hills by the'
<br /> Subdivider; and
<br /> WHEREAS, the City Council at an adjourned meeting held on April 30, 1975,
<br /> authorized the release of one ten thousand dollar ($10,000) time certificate of
<br /> deposit; and
<br /> WHEREAS, the Subdivider, on May 2, 1975, exchanged the two remaining ten
<br /> thousand dollar ($10,000) time certificates of deposit for one twenty thousand dollar
<br /> ($20,000) time certificate of deposit; and
<br /> WHEREAS, the Subdivider, on July 8, 1975, exchanged the last named twenty
<br /> thousand dollar ($20,000) time certificate of deposit for a new twenty thousand
<br /> dollar ($20,000) time certificate of deposit; and
<br /> WHEREAS, the City Engineer has certified by memorandum, dated August 1, 1975, j.
<br /> is
<br /> that he has inspected the site and that the improvements have been satisfactorily
<br /> completed in accordance with the approved subdivision improvement plans, as approved
<br /> by the City Council at their regular meeting of October 3, 1974;
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council' of the Town of Los Altos
<br /> Hills that said improvements be and same are hereby accepted, subject to maintenance
<br /> therefore for a period of one- (1) year following the date of adoption of this reso-
<br /> lution, as provided by Section 9-4.504(e) of the Los Altos Hills Municipal Code.
