• • RESOLUTION NO. 884 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, SETTING THE TIME AND PLACE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED ADOPTION OF CERTAIN UNIFORM BUILDING, HOUSING, ELECTRICAL AND PLUMBING CODES BY REFERENCE WITH CERTAIN AMENDMENTS PROPOSED THERETO WHEREAS, the City Council desires to adopt by reference certain uniform building, housing, electrical and plumbing codes, with certain amendments proposed thereto; and WHEREAS, in accordance with the provisions of Section 50022.3 of the Government Code, a public hearing is required to be held thereon by the City Council, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as follows: • 1. The City Council does hereby set the hour of 7 : 30 p.m. on Wednesday, the 2nd day of July, 1975, in the Council Chambers, Town Hall, 26379 Fremont Road, Los Altos Hills, California, as the time and place for holding the Public Hearing on the proposed adoption by reference of the following codes: Uniform Building Code, 1973 Edition, including the appendix thereto and the 1974 Supplement, "Uniform Building Code Standards, 1973 Edition" ; "Uniform Housing Code, 1973 Edition" ; "National Electrical Code , 1971 Edition" , including the appendix thereto; and "Uniform Plumbing Code, 1973 Edition" , including the appendices thereto. 2 . The City Clerk is hereby ordered and directed to cause notice of said Public Hearing to be made by two publications .not less than ten days prior to the date of hearing of Notice of Public Hearing .in the PALO ALTO TIMES , a newspaper of general circulation nearest to the Town of Los Altos Hills.
