• 410 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 882 <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE TOWN <br /> OF LOS ALTOS HILLS AWARDING A CONTRACT FOR <br /> 1975 STREET RESURFACING PROJECT <br /> RESOLVED by the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills, <br /> that: <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills did, <br /> in open session, duly examine and consider all bids submitted to <br /> it for 1975 Street Resurfacing Project; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council rejected all of said bids except <br /> that bid next hereinafter mentioned, and said. City Council awarded <br /> the said contract to the lowest responsible bidder, to wit: <br /> RICHARD D. CUNNINGHAM <br /> at the price named in his bid, to wit: $38, 520. 60, <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the <br /> Town of Los Altos Hills that the Mayor is hereby authorized and <br /> directed to execute the contract so awarded to the above named <br /> firm on behalf of the Town of Los Altos Hills, and the City Clerk <br /> is hereby directed to attest his signature thereto. <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was passed and <br /> adopted at an adjourned regular meeting of the City Council of the <br /> Town of Los Altos Hills held on the 16th day of May, 1975. <br /> • City Clerk <br />
