` - 2 - SECTION 13-4: Agents Responsibility. Agents or representatives of non-resident persons who are doing business within City shall be personally responsible for the compliance by their principals with this Ordinance as well as the direct responsibility of the principals. SECTION 13-5: City License Officer City License Officer shall: (a) Collect all license fees and shall issue all licenses to qualified persons. (b) Promulgate and enforce necessary rules and regulations. (c) Adopt all forms and prescribe information deemed desirable to be stated therein. (d) Require applicant to state such facts in writing and upon penalty of perjury as deemed necessary. SECTION 13-6: Procedure Application shall be filed in person or by mail and shall be accompanied by the payment of the fee as provided herein. A w-^itten receipt shall be given for any payment made and a license, i€ as a license, or insignia thereof delivered. SECTION 13-7: Term - The period for which a license is issued shall be for the fiscal year of City dating from July let la any year to June 30th of the succeeding year, or any fraction of such year. SECTION 13-5: Renewal - Renewal of License may be had by payment of the fee therefor.
