Liability. No provision of this Ordinance shall be eon - <br />trued as imposing upon the Town of Los Altos Hills, its officials, em- <br />ployees, or agents any liability for damages or injuries arising out <br />of the performance or non-performance of any duties imposed by this <br />Ordinance. <br />SECTION IV. Violation. Violation of this Ordinance shall constitute <br />a misdemeanor and shall be punishable by a fine not exceeding Three <br />Hundred Dollars (3300.00) or imprisonment not exceeding thirty (30) <br />days in such jail facilities as may then be in use by the Town of Los <br />Altos Hills. ^aeh day such violation is committed, or permitted to <br />continue, shall constitute a separate offense and shall be punishable <br />as such hereunder. <br />SECTION V. Severability. If any section, sub -section, sentence, clause <br />or phrase of this Ordinance is for any reason held to be invalid or <br />unconstitutional by the decision of any court of competent jurisdiction, <br />such decision shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions <br />of the Ordinance. The City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills, <br />State of California, hereby declares that it would have passed this <br />Ordinance and each section, sub -section, sentence, clause and phrase <br />thereof, irrespective of the fact that any one or more other sections, <br />sub -sections, cleuses or phrases r_e declared invalid or unconstitution- <br />al. <br />SECTION V1. Ordin.ince Jo. 13 S.s hereby repealed. <br />SECTION VII. This Ordinance shall be posted in three (3) public places <br />in the Town of Los Altos Hills and shall become effective thirty (30) <br />days after its adoption. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the Town of Los <br />Altos Hills this let day of June , 1959, by the following Vote: <br />AYES: Councilmen Bledsoe, Clayton, Sherlock, Mayor Fowls <br />NOES: None <br />ABSIMT: Councilman Henley <br />ATTEST: CERTRED <br />-= A rue Copy <br />Ulty 4' <br />6-2-59 City C'erk <br />Evai[TOW-1-11M <br />Mayor <br />
