<br />as provided for by Artirrle 1, :'hater 3, Division 3 of the F?ealth and

<br />No person in the County owning or havir, control or cuatoey of any tic-
<br />emned or unlicensed dog or any other an

<br />building, public playground, or upon any public high-.cay or street, or

<br />person in control thereof.

<br />Any person who finds any animal which has strayed or is running at
<br />large upon his own property or ary other place contrary to the provisions
<br />of this Chapter may take possession of acrd hold the sarme; provided.,
<br />however, that he shalt he obligated to notify the Rabies Control Operator
<br />or the Sheriff of the fact that he hat siich animal inns his possession within six
<br />(6) hours after securing; posoeasion thereof, and give such Rabics Control
<br />Operator or Sheriff ful`x snforraatiic n in regard to the same, and surrender
<br />ti=t same: to the Rabi,e Cc.,,trol Operator upon demand.
