11400 4111110 RESOLUTION NO. 852 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS ACCEPTING CERTAIN STREET AND ROADWAYS INTO THE STREET SYSTEM OF THE SAID TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS AND ACCEPTING CERTAIN WAYS OR EASEMENTS SHOWN ON "ALTAMONT HEIGHTS" , TRACT NO. 5266 WHEREAS, the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills at their regular meeting held on the 18th day of April , 1973, accepted and authorized the recordation of that certain final subdivision map entitled "ALTAMONT HEIGHTS" , Tract No. 5266, and which map was recorded on May 18th , 1973, in Book 323 of Maps at Page 23 in the office of the Recorder, County of Santa Clara; and WHEREAS, at the time of acceptance of the aforementioned subdivision map, said City Council , as indicated by the City Clerk's Certificate, did reject those certain streets and roadways offered for dedication; and WHEREAS, certain improvements have been completed within the right-of-way limits of those certain streets and roadways offered for dedication having been ac- cepted by Resolution No. 851 . NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills that the said Council hereby accepts on behalf of the public all streets and roadways , ways or easements offered for dedication and delineated on that certain subdivision map entitled, "ALTAMONT HEIGHTS" , Tract No. 5266. * * * * * * * I hereby certify that the foregoing is a full , true and correct copy of a resolu- tion duly passed and adopted at a meeting of the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills, held on the 15th day of January , 1975, by the following roll call vote: AYES: Councilmen Cheney, Helgesson, Councilwoman Miller, Mayor Grabowski NOES: NONE ABSENT: NONE ABSTAIN: Councilman McReynolds APPROVED: ATTEST: Jam/ or City Clerk
