NW / RESOLUTION NO. 851 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS ACCEPT- ING CERTAIN IMPROVEMENTS ALTAMONT HEIGHTS, TRACT NO. 5266 WHEREAS, certain improvements were required to be constructed as a condition of approval of the Final Subdivision Map, entitled "ALTAMONT HEIGHTS" , Tract No. 5266, the improvements being more particularly set forth in the "Check List" of the said subdivision as recommended by the Planning Commission dated June 26, 1972, and amend- ed by the City Council on July 10, 1972; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills authorized the Mayor on behalf of the said City Council to execute that certain subdivision agreement between the Town of Los Altos Hills and the developer, Small Holders Associated Real Estate Inc; and WHEREAS, a bond for faithful performance in the amount of $20,000.00 was furnished the Town of Los Altos Hills by Argonaut Insurance Company, a bonding company; and WHEREAS, the City Engineer has certified by memorandum, dated January 9, 1975, that he has inspected the site and that the improvements have been satisfactorily completed in accordance with the approved subdivision improvement plans, dated April 4, 1973. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills that said improvements be and same are hereby accepted, subject to maintenance there- fore for a period of one (1 ) year following the date of adoption of this resolution, as provided in the bond for said Tract No. 5266. * * * * * * I hereby certify that the foregoing is a full , true and correct copy of a resolu- tion duly passed and adopted at a meeting of the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills, held on January 15th , 1975, by the following roll call vote: AYES: Councilmen Cheney, Helgesson, McReynolds, Councilwoman Miller, Mayor Grabowski NOES: NONE ABSENT: NONE APPROVED.
