• 401, RESOLUTION NO. 842 RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL MAP FOR MOODY HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION AND APPROV- ING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF SUBDIVISION AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS AND SILENT HILLS DEVELOPMENT COMPANY RESOLVED, by the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills , County of Santa Clara, State of California, that WHEREAS, the City Council having examined the hereinafter described Final Map of the proposed MOODY HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION and having determined that said map is in conformity with the requirements of Chapter 4 of Title 9 of the Los Altos Hills Municipal Code; and WHEREAS, as a condition precedent to the acceptance of any streets , ways or easements as shown on the hereinafter described Final Map Silent Hills Development Company, a California corporation, shall be required to agree to improve said streets and easements and make and install all improvements as required by Chapter 4 of Title 9 of the Los Altos Hills Municipal Code; and WHEREAS, the City Council having read and considered that certain Subdivision Agreement between the Town of Los Altos Hills , and Silent Hills Development Company, a California corporation. NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY FOUND, ORDERED and DETERMINED as follows: 1 . The City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills hereby approves the Final Map for the proposed MOODY HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION, which Final Map is designated and described as "Tract No. 5597, Moody Heights being a resubdivision of Lots 63 and 64, map of the subdivision of Lot 2 and a part of Lot 1 of the Taaffe Partition, in the Rancho La Purissima Concepcion, Book "H" of Maps, Pages 76 and 77, Santa Clara County Records. " 2. The Town of Los Altos Hills shall enter into, and the Mayor and City Clerk of the Town of Los Altos Hills be, and they are each of them hereby authorized and directed on behalf of said Town, respectively to execute and attest a Subdivision Agreement between the Town of Los Altos Hills and the Silent Hills Development Company, a California corporation. * * * * * * * I hereby certify that the foregoing is a full , true and correct copy of a resolu- tion duly passed and adopted at a meeting of the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills held on December 18 , 197 4 , by the following roll call vote:
