410 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 778 <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS ORDERING <br /> DIVISION OF UNPAID ASSESSMENT, SEWER ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 9. <br /> RESOLVED, by the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills, California, <br /> acting pursuant to Section: 8730 and following the California Streets and High- <br /> ways Code, that <br /> WHEREAS, the Street Superintendent has filed with the City Clerk an amended <br /> assessment affecting that certain property more fully described in Exhibit A, <br /> which is attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein, which pro- <br /> perty has been divided ,. apportioning the unpaid installments of the original <br /> assessment in accordance with the benefits to the several lots of the original <br /> parcel plus costs and fees of making the apportionment, and <br /> WHEREAS, such apportionment- has been made in accordance with Section 8731 of <br /> said Code, and notice thereof has been given to the original owner, who has been <br /> given an opportunity to pay the costs and fees of the apportionment, and <br /> WHEREAS, the Clerk has fixed June 19, 1974, at 8:00 p.m. , at the Fremont <br /> Elementary School,,' 26800 Ortega Drive, Los Altos Hills , California, as the time <br /> and place for hearing upon the amended assessment, and notice thereof has been <br /> given accordingto law, and <br /> WHEREAS, said hearing has been held and the Council has heard and determined <br /> all objections to the division of the assessment. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the amended assessment, a copy of <br /> which is attached hereto marked Exhibit B and by this reference incorporated <br /> herein, be and the same is hereby confirmed and the City Clerk is ordered to file <br /> said amended assessment in accordance with the provisions of Section 8734 of the <br /> California Streets and Highways Code. <br /> * * * * * * * <br /> I 'HEREBY 'CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was passed and adopted at a <br /> regular meeting of the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills , held on the <br /> /0/day of kve , 197:, by the following roll call vote: <br /> AYES: Councilmen Cheney, Helgesson, McReynolds, Miller, Grabowski <br /> NOES: None - - <br /> ABSENT: None . <br /> APPROVED: - ATTES -:>- <br /> ,) <br /> , or „ City erk <br />
