• WJM&L:�:S :zw 4/16/74+ 12c <br /> i k <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 764 <br /> A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING PREVAILING WAGE SCALE <br /> SEWER ASSESSMENT DISTRICT. NO. 10 <br /> RESOLVED, by the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills, <br /> California, that <br /> WHEREAS, the Council of said Town has ascertained the general <br /> prevailing rate of per diem wages in the locality in which public <br /> work is proposedto be performed for work of a similar character <br /> to that described in Resolution of Intention No. 762 adopted <br /> April 17, 197-I-; <br /> WHEREAS, said rate of per diem wages is set forth and contained <br /> in the, specifications for said project, copies of which areon file <br /> in the office of the Engineer of Work and also in the office of the <br /> Clerk of said. Town; and <br /> WHEREAS, this Council has duly consideredsaid scale and finds <br /> the same to be correct in all particulars; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY FOUND, DETERMINED and ORDERED, as <br /> follows : <br /> 1. That said wage scale as set forth in said specifications is <br /> hereby established and adopted as the prevailing rate of per diem <br /> wages for work of a similar character to that above described in the <br /> locality in which such public work is proposed to be performed. <br /> 2. That not less than said prevailing rate of per diem wages <br /> shall be paid for any work proposed to be performed under said <br /> Resolution of Intention. <br />
