t-' • WJM&L:SA:S :zw 4/16/74 12c RESOLUTION NO. 763 A RESOLUTION OF PRELIMINARY APPROVAL OF ENGINEER' S REPORT SEWER ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 10 RESOLVED, by the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills, California, that WHEREAS, on the 17th day of April, 1974, said. Council did adopt its Resolution of Intention No. 762 to acquire and construct improvements in said Town, and didrefer the proposed acquisitions and improvements to the Engineer of Work, he being the officer having charge and control of the acquisitions and construction of public improvements in and for said Town of the kind described therein andbeing a competent person employed by said Town for that purpose, and didtherein direct said Engineer of Work to make and file with the Clerk of said Town, a report in writing all as therein more particularly described, under and pursuant to the Municipal Improvement Act of 1913; WHEREAS, said. Engineer of Work has made and filed with the Clerk of said Town a report in writing as called for in said Reso- lution of Intention andunder and pursuant to said. Act, which report has been presented to this Council for consideration; WHEREAS, said. Council has duly considered said report and each and every part thereof, and finds that each and every part of said report is sufficient, and that said report, nor any part thereof requires or should be modified in any respect; NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, as follows : 1. That the plans and specifications for the proposed improve- ments to be made, contained in said report, be, and they are hereby, preliminarily approved and confirmed. 2. That the Engineer' s estimate of the itemized and total costs and expenses of said acquisitions and improvements and of the in- cidental expenses in connection therewith, contained in said report, be, and each of them are hereby, preliminarily approved and confirmed.
