• 111 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 755 <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS AMENDING <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 696 entitled "A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN <br /> OF LOS ALTOS HILLS RELATING TO STANDING COMMITTEES" <br /> RESOLVED by the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills, <br /> Santa Clara County, California, that Resolution No. 696 entitled <br /> "A Resolution of the Town of Los Altos Hills Relating to Standing <br /> Committees" be and it hereby is amended to read as follows: <br /> The policy of the town of Los Altos Hills relating to Standing <br /> Committees shall be as follows: <br /> Article I. Regular Committees <br /> Sec. 1 Established. <br /> The following are hereby constituted as the regular Standing <br /> Committees of the Town: <br /> (a) Pathways Committee; <br /> (b) Traffic and Public Safety Committee; <br /> (c) Noise Abatement Committee; <br /> (d) Environmental Design Committee. <br /> Sec. 2 General Powers and Duties. <br /> Each of the Standing Committees of the Town shall have the <br /> general power and duty within the Committee' s sphere of interest, to <br /> render advice and make recommendations to the City Council, Planning <br /> Commission, or the City Manager and other Town bodies designated by <br /> the City Council on all aspects of policies related to the management, <br /> maintenance, control and improvement of land and facilities for public <br /> convenience as well as: <br /> (a) The acquisition, development and use 'of land or <br /> other property; <br />
