IAD 0110, RESOLUTION NO. 746 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS APPROVING FINAL MAP FOR TRACT NO. 5470 WHEREAS, there has been submitted a Final Subdivision Map for the Barton Subdivision, Tract No. 5470,, and being a resubdivision of a portion of Lot 4, Taaffe Partition, the map of which was recorded in Book. E of Maps at Pages 1181 and 119 in the Office of the Recorder of Santa Clara County; and' WHEREAS, the City Engineer has reviewed the proposed Final Map and finds that it conforms to the Tentative Map heretofore filed, and the requirements of the State Subdivision Map Act and the Los Altos Hills Municipal Code; and WHEREAS, there has been submitted a letter agreement concerning certain improvements to be installed in connection with the Sub- division and providing for the establishment of a savings account in lieu of posting of a bond for performance of the work of improve- ment, NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby resolved by the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills as follows: 1. That the Final Map for the Barton Subdivision, Tract No. 5470, be and it hereby is approved. 2. That a certain letter agreement dated December 27 , 1973 between Thomas L. Barton and Ellen M. Barton and the Town of Los Altos Hills relating to the installation of improvements for the above described Subdivision be and the same is hereby approved and the City Manager is authorized and directed to execute the letter
