1 . 0 No RESOLUTION NO. 737 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS. ORDERING DIVISION OF UNPAID ASSESSMENT, SEINER ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 9. . ASSESSMENT NO. 1007 RESOLVED, by the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills , California, acting pursuant to Section 8730 and following of the California Streets and Highway 'Code; that WHEREAS, the City Engineer has filed with the City Clerk an amended assess- ment affecting that certain property more fully described in Exhibit "A", which is attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein, which property has been divided, apportioning the unpaid installments of the original assess- ment in accordance with the benefits to the several lots of the original parcel plus costs and fees of making the apportionment, and WHEREAS, such apportionment has been made in accordance with .Section 8731 of said Code, and notice thereof has been given to the original owner, who has been given an opportunity topay the costs and fees of the apportionment, and WHEREAS, the Clerk has fixed December 5, 1973, at 8:00 p.m. , at the Town Hall , 26379 Fremont Road, Los Altos Hills, California, as the time and place for hearing uponthe amended assessment, and notice thereof has been given ac- cording to law, and • WHEREAS, said hearing has been held and the Council has heard and deter- mined all objections to the division of the assessment.` NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the amended assessment, a copy of which is attached hereto marked Exhibit "B" and by reference incorporated herein, be and the same is hereby confirmed and the City Clerk is ordered to file said amended assessment in accordance with the provisions of Section 8734. of the California Streets and Highways Code. * * * * *' :f is * SC' * * C \ A 1
