1 • • <br /> RESOLUTION NO.733 <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS <br /> ORDERING PARTICIPATION IN PUBLICATION OF PREVAILING WAGE RATES <br /> PAID ON CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS BY THE COUNTY OF SANTA CLARA <br /> RESOLVED, by the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills, <br /> County of Santa Clara, State of California, that <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council is required to publish the prevailing <br /> rate of per diem wages either once each year, or in each call for <br /> bids for a public works project, and <br /> WHEREAS, the County of Santa Clara has offered to publish the <br /> prevailing wages rates on behalf of itself and all other public <br /> agencies desiring to participate at a cost of $100 to each agency; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, in the opinion of the City Council participation with <br /> the County of Santa Clara in the publication of prevailing wages <br /> rates prior to December 31, 1973 is the most economical way for the <br /> Town to comply with the legal requirements, _ <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1. That the Town of Los Altos Hills participate with the County <br /> of Santa Clara in the publication of prevailing wage rates prior to <br /> December 31, 1973. <br /> 2. That the Town of Los Altos Hills pay the sum of $100 as its <br /> share of the costs. <br /> 3. That a certified copy of the within Resolution be and it <br /> hereby is ordered to be transmitted forthwith to the Board of Super- <br />
