•• •• RESOLUTION NO. ill 2- A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS STATING ENDORSEMENT AND ADOPTION OF THE PALO ALTO SEWER SERVICE CHARGE-FINAL REPORT TRANSFERRING ADMINISTRATION AND COLLECTION OF CHARGES TO THE SANTA CLARA COUNTY ASSESSORS OFFICE. WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 210, adopted June 20, 1973, amends the Los Altos Hills Municipal Code by adding provisions for placement of sewer service charges on the city tax roll , and WHEREAS, the provisions set forth in said ordinance outline specific require- ments including a parcel description and sewer charge report, publication of the Public Hearing in a local newspaper, notice by mail , and a Public Hearing, and WHEREAS, all requirements have been fulfilled including the Public Hearing held before the City Council on July 18, 1973 ,anda WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 6-4.306 and Section 6-4.307, at the time of the Public Hearing, the Council did hear and consider all comments from the public, and WHEREAS, a majority of separate parcel owners did not protest the intent or contents of the report, and WHEREAS, pursuant to Ordinance No. 210, the City Council did adopt the report as presented and make its final determination upon all charges, and WHEREAS, the yearly sewerservice charge is set at $90.00, plus a 1 .0% County collection charge, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills that: I . The City Manager shall file the Final Report and Statement of Endorsement with the Santa Clara County Assessor, and 2. The Santa Clara County Assessor shall enter the charges against the respective lots and parcels of land as they appear on the current assessment roll . I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution has been duly passed and adopted by the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills at a regular meeting of July 18, 1973 .
