• " • • WHEREAS, the Town has concluded a study of matters relating to such areas , including circulatnn, water supply, sewers , drainage, school districts , and property boundaries , and finds each of such criteria satisfactorily met by the boundaries herein established; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills that the following be and the same are hereby established as the boundaries of the spheres of influence for the Town: A. Los Altos Hills-Cupertino. All that property adjoining the present Town boundaries and bounded by a line starting at a point on the south side of the "Kaiser Ridge71 on the Palo Alto City Limit line, proceeding thence easterly along the south side of "Kaiser Ridge" to Permanente Creek and thence northerly along Permanente Creek to the Junipero Serra Freeway; thence northerly along the Junipero Serra Freeway to Magdalena Road. B. Los Altos Hills-Palo Alto. Beginning at a point on the south side of the "Kaiser Ridge" on the Palo Alto City Limit line, thence northerly along the Palo Alto City Limit line approximately 2000 feet to the Duveneck property line, thence following the southerly and westerly property line of the Lands of Duveneck (this line also being the present City Limit line of Palo Alto) , thence northerly to the intersection of Moody Road and Page Mill Road, thence along the westerly City Limit line of the Town of Los Altos Hills to its intersection with Page Mill Road (approximately 200 feet north of Linda Lane) , thence southeasterly along the present Palo Alto City Limit line to its intersection with Arastradero Road, AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and he is certified hereby instructed to forward a/copy of this Resolution to the ROBIN D.
