RESOLUTION NO. 641 A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS FIXING THE ' TIME AND PLACE FOR A • PUBLIC. HEARING IN THE MATTER OF THE ADOPTION OF THE LOS ALTOS HILLS MUNICIPAL CODE WHEREAS, three (3 ) copies of that certaindocument entitled "Los , Altos Hills Municipal Code", including the Appendixthereto, have been filed and are on file in the office of the City Clerk for public in- spection,: and WHEREAS, the Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills has 'introduced a proposed ordinance to adopt said Code as a comprehensive Ordinance .. Code for the :Town, of Los Altos Hills inaccordance with the provisions of Article .2 of Chapter 1 of Part 1 of Division 1 of Title 5 of the Government Code of the State of California, and • WHEREAS, Section 50022.3 of the Government Code of the State of California provides that after the first reading of "the title of an ordinanceadopting a comprehensive ordinance. Code by reference and the titles ofthe secondary codes therein adopted . by reference, the legis- lative body shall schedule a public hearing thereon, NOW, THEREFORE, the Council •of the Town of Los Altos Hills does resolve as follows : SECTION 1.
