B. Clayton at 7: 56 P. M. <br /> at the Town Hall, 26379 Fremont Road, Los Altos Hills , California. <br /> ROLL CALL: PRESENT: Councilmen Aiken, Bowler, Fowle, Henley, Mayor Clayton <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> MINUTES: June 17, 1963 <br /> Corrections: Page 4: Other Business - Gal Holt Becker - <br /> Para 1, line 3: Change the word 'deny' to 'denied' <br /> and delete the remainder of the sentence. Action: <br /> Add a period after the word 'denied' and delete <br /> the remainder of the sentence. <br /> ACTION: <br /> Adopt Minutes of June 17, 1963 as corrected. <br /> MOTION: Fowle; SECOND: Aiken; VOTE: Passed unanimously <br /> May 6, 1963. <br /> Reference was made to Page 5 - Underground Utilities Ordinance - <br /> para 1, line 3, with regard to the use of the word 'recommend' . <br /> Commissioner Hawley stated that the statement should not be <br /> changed. Since the Minutes were approved with the exception of <br /> this portion, there being no admendment, the Minutes of May 6, <br /> 1963 stand as approved. <br /> ANNOUNCEMPNTS: <br /> 1. League of California Cities - Notice of Meeting of the Peninsula Divi- <br /> sion will be held Thursday, July 18, 1963 at 7: 30 P. M. San Jose at <br /> Plateau 7, 777 North First Street. <br /> 2. Santa Clara Boundary Commission - Notice of proposed annexations to the <br /> City of Mountain View, designated as Calderon No. 15, Dana No. 1, <br /> Colony No. 1, and Sierra Vista No. 5. <br /> To be filed. <br /> COtMUNICATIONS: <br /> 1.
