(V-147-63) - Request to Erect Ten Foot (10 ' ) Fence <br /> Around Tennis Court. <br /> ACTION: <br /> That the request of Wm. A. Tincher (V-147-63) be approved. <br /> MOTION: Foyle ; SECOND: Aiken; VOTE: Passed unanimously <br /> DIVISIONS OF LAND: <br /> 1. Lester Kaplan (255-63) 10 lots. Engr. John W. Riley. <br /> The Clerk reported that the Planning Commission had recommended approval. <br /> The City Engineer' s letter, stating conditions of approval, was read and <br /> letter from the State Division of Highways , dated April 23, 1963, was <br /> read and discussed with regard to the bridge to be constructed over the <br /> creek. <br /> The Planning Commission ' s recommendation was subject to in lieu off- <br /> tract improvement agreement between Town and Subdivider. <br /> ACTION: <br /> That the Tentative Map of Lester Kaplan (255-63) 10 lots be <br /> approved, subject to the conditions of the Check List and the <br /> agreement as stated. <br /> MOTION: Aiken; SECOND: Bowler; <br /> AMENDMENT: <br /> That the forementioned agreement include the in lieu payments <br /> to the Town for off-tract road improvements and related costs, <br /> such as drainage and pathways with appropriate credit allowed <br /> for any temporary structures installed. <br /> AMENDED BY: Fowle ; <br /> AMENDED MOTION: <br /> That the Tentative Map of Lester Kaplan (255-63) 10 lots be ap- <br /> proved, subject to the conditions of the Check List and the a- <br /> greement as stated; that the forementioned agreement include <br /> the in lieu payment to the Torn for off-tract improvements and <br /> related costs such as drainage and pathways with appropriate <br /> credit allowed for any temporary structua installed over creek.. <br /> VOTE: Passed unanimously <br /> ( 2.
