Elena Road MOS Project No. 63-1. <br /> --� Mr. Richard I . Whaley, City Engineer, reported that the State <br /> of California disapproved the Elena Road MCS Project No. 63-1 <br /> because the lowest bid exceeded the 5% allowed over the esti- <br /> mated cost . <br /> As the Town has thirty (30) days in which to appeal, the Council <br /> agreed , without taking any vote , that the City Engineer should <br /> continue his negotiations with the State of California. <br /> 6,. Longson, C. L.
