County of Santa Clara, Office of the Board of Supervisors - The <br /> City Clerk presented a letter dated September. 19, 1963, with <br /> attached Resolution denying a Use Permit to the Masonic Lodge <br /> for construction of Lodge facilities at 28410 Prospect Road , <br /> Los Altos. <br /> 2. Santa Clara County Boundary Commission - Notice of proposed <br /> annexation to the City of Mountain View designated as Levin No. 4. <br /> The City Clerk stated the proposed annexation had no bearing on <br /> the Town's limits . <br /> ANNOUNCEMENTS: None . <br /> COMMITTEE REPORTS: <br /> 1. Legal Committee - Dr. Beaver Bond Penalty. <br /> This matter was deferred as the Legal Committee had not completed <br /> their report . Dr. Beaver was present. <br /> PUBLIC HEARINGS : <br /> 1. Amendment to General Plan. <br /> C.� Mayor Clayton declared the Public Hearing open. <br /> It was the opinion of the Council that the Planning Commission' s <br /> recommendation of September 10, 1963 should not be acted upon at <br /> this time and that Mr. Nestor Barrett , Planning Consultant , <br /> should be consulted for an opinion. <br /> As there were no comments from the audience, the Mayor declared <br /> the Public Hearing closed at 7:58 P. M. <br /> 2. Ordinance No. 93 - An Ordinance of the Town of Los Altos Hills <br /> amending Ordinance No. 78, the Zoning Ordinance of said Town, <br /> by amending the requirements relating to setback building line . <br /> Mayor Clayton declared the Public Hearing open. <br /> Comments were made by the following persons : Messrs. M. R. Johnson <br /> and, E. A. Bneyman, `and Mrs . R. W. Goldsmith. <br /> The City Attorney briefly reviewed the proposed Amendment and the <br /> City Clerk explained by means of a diagram on the blackboard how <br /> the proposed changes in setback requirements differed from <br /> present standards. <br /> There being no further comments from the Floor, the Mayor closed <br /> the Public Hearing at 8:07 P.
