Lutes & associates . <br /> \') Mr. Leon Twigg was present , representing Lutes & Associates . <br /> The City Manager reviewed the Check List as recommended by the <br /> Planning Commission on August 26, 1963 and conditions of approval <br /> by the Health Department in a letter dated September 16, 1963. <br /> The Council agreed that in view of the Health Department ' s stand, <br /> Lot No. 19 could not be considered a building site ; however, if <br /> sewers became available , then Lot No. 19 could be approved. <br /> ACTION: <br /> That the James Hill Subdivision Tentative Map, <br /> Tract No. 3609, be approved, subject to the condition <br /> that Lot No. 19 be designated "not a building site " <br /> in the Clerk's Certificate and in accordance with <br /> the Planning Commission's Check List dated August 26 , <br /> 1963. <br /> MOTION: Bowler; SECOND : Henley; VOTE: Passed unanimously. <br /> DIVISIONS OF LAND: Final Maps <br /> 1.
