B. Clayton, <br /> at 7: 59 P. M. , at the Town Hall , 26379 Fremont Road, Los Altos Hills , <br /> California. <br /> ROIL CALL: PRESENT : Councilmen Aiken, Bowler; Fowle , <br /> Mayor Clayton <br /> ABSENT: Councilman Henley <br /> MINUTES: November 4, 1963 . <br /> ACTION: <br /> Adopt Minutes of November 4, 1963 as submitted . <br /> COMMUNICATIONS : <br /> 1. Mr. W. F. Foster_24965_Oneonta Drive , Los Altos Hills - Inquiry <br /> as to the legality of his present building site and full privileges <br /> � of a one acre site , inasmuch as a portion of his lot has been <br /> taken by the State for the widening of the road at Foothill College. <br /> The matter was referred to the City Attorney. <br /> 2. County of Santa Clara, Department of Public Works , San_Jose , <br /> Mr. James T. Pott . Assistant Director - Letter dated-November 18, <br /> 1963 offering an interim solution with map, showing placement of <br /> proposed traffic signs) to control traffic at Foothill College <br /> driveway and El Monte Road intersection . <br /> Inasmuch as this proposal was not deemed to be in the best interest <br /> of the Town, the Council was in agreement that the Mayor meet with <br /> Dr. Calvin C. Flint , President of the Foothill College District , <br /> to explore other alternatives ; i . e . , the construction of an under- <br /> pass . <br /> Nessrs. C. Smith and G. G. The City Clerk stated the proposed <br /> annexation had no bearing on the Town' s limits , and recommended it <br /> be filed . <br />
