Mr. Irvin Fallis and Mr. George Pederson, representing the Santa
Clara County Health Dept . , were present to e_cpiain the Health
Department ' s position relative to the sealing of well in question

Mr. Pederson gave a resume of condition imposed by the Health
at the time the Axford property was subdivided and also conditions
imposed when it was subdivided by Roy Gover. He answered question

Commission and approval of all agencies.
