L. Reich, Pres. of Olive Tree Hills, Inc . , request- <br /> ed clarification. <br /> Following discussion, the following motion was made : <br /> ACTION: <br /> That the paths be required for Ma^-:dalena and that no paths be <br /> required along Blandor Way due to the steepness of Blandor Way. <br /> MOTION: Aiken; SECOND: None . <br /> The Attorney stated that no change should be made in the requirements <br /> without written consent from the Bonding Agency. <br /> The Potion was withdrawn by Councilman Aiken, and the matter was re- <br /> ferred to Mr. Faisant , City Attorney.� <br /> 2.
