CITY COUNCIL <br /> TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS <br /> MINUTES OF A REGUTAR MEETING <br /> its <br /> September 17, 1962 <br /> The Regular Meeting of the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills was <br /> called to order by Mayor Wm. B. Clayton Monday, September 17, 1962 at <br /> 7 : 52 P. M. at the Town Hall , 26379 Fremont Rd . , Los Altos Hills , California. <br /> ROLL: CALL: PRESENT : Councilmen Aiken, Fowle , Sherlock, Mayor Clayton; <br /> Councilman Henley arrived 7 : 55 F. M. <br /> ABSENT : None <br /> MINUTES: September 4, 1962. <br /> Arproval was deferred to September 17, 1962. <br /> COMMUNICATIONS : <br /> 1 . Stanford University - Letter from T. W. Ford , Director of Land Develop- <br /> ment , dated September 10, 1962, acknowledged letter from Mayor Clayton <br /> relative to the Hillview Avenue extension. <br /> 2. A. Fromhold - Letter, dated September 10, 1962, called attention to dis- <br /> turbance (noise) caused by garbage collection at 4 A. M. <br /> 3. Santa Clara County Trafficways Cormittee - Letter, dated September 13th, <br /> recommended that the City Council adopt the report of the Sub-committee <br /> on Additional Revenue for Road Purposes, and that the action be for- <br /> warded to the League of California Cities. <br /> Deferred to New Business. <br /> 4. John W. Riley - Letter requested the Council to give consideration to <br /> approving the Fretz-Ciceroni Subdivision Map. <br /> Deferred to Divisions of Land. <br /> ANNOUNCEMENTS: <br /> 1 . League of California Cities Peninsula Division) - Regular Meting on <br /> Thursday, Sept. 20, 1962 at 7 :30 P. M. at the Algier Restaurant , 2620 El <br /> Camino Real , Redwood City. <br /> COMMITTEE REPORTS : None . <br /> OLD BUSINESS : None . <br /> NEW BUSINESS: <br /> 1. Wald-Lenn - Letter, dated August 30, 1962, requested a six-month exten- <br /> sion of time for filing Final Subdivision Map. <br /> Mr. Harry Cappell, Realtor, represented the subdividers and prospective <br /> hir buyer of the property. <br />
