CITY COUNCIL TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS MINUTES OF A REGUTAR MEETING its September 17, 1962 The Regular Meeting of the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills was called to order by Mayor Wm. B. Clayton Monday, September 17, 1962 at 7 : 52 P. M. at the Town Hall , 26379 Fremont Rd . , Los Altos Hills , California. ROLL: CALL: PRESENT : Councilmen Aiken, Fowle , Sherlock, Mayor Clayton; Councilman Henley arrived 7 : 55 F. M. ABSENT : None MINUTES: September 4, 1962. Arproval was deferred to September 17, 1962. COMMUNICATIONS : 1 . Stanford University - Letter from T. W. Ford , Director of Land Develop- ment , dated September 10, 1962, acknowledged letter from Mayor Clayton relative to the Hillview Avenue extension. 2. A. Fromhold - Letter, dated September 10, 1962, called attention to dis- turbance (noise) caused by garbage collection at 4 A. M. 3. Santa Clara County Trafficways Cormittee - Letter, dated September 13th, recommended that the City Council adopt the report of the Sub-committee on Additional Revenue for Road Purposes, and that the action be for- warded to the League of California Cities. Deferred to New Business. 4. John W. Riley - Letter requested the Council to give consideration to approving the Fretz-Ciceroni Subdivision Map. Deferred to Divisions of Land. ANNOUNCEMENTS: 1 . League of California Cities Peninsula Division) - Regular Meting on Thursday, Sept. 20, 1962 at 7 :30 P. M. at the Algier Restaurant , 2620 El Camino Real , Redwood City. COMMITTEE REPORTS : None . OLD BUSINESS : None . NEW BUSINESS: 1. Wald-Lenn - Letter, dated August 30, 1962, requested a six-month exten- sion of time for filing Final Subdivision Map. Mr. Harry Cappell, Realtor, represented the subdividers and prospective hir buyer of the property.
