Revision. <br /> Councilman Fowle reported on his inquiry to Nestor Barrett , Planning <br /> Consultant, with regard to revision of the Town' s Master Plan. The <br /> letter , dated October 9 , 1962, gave the cost of the proposed revision. <br /> ACTION : <br /> That the matter be referred to the Council ' s Finance Committee <br /> • <br /> for consideration with regard to financing. <br /> bOTION. : Fowle ; SECOND : Aiken; VOTE: Passed unanimously <br /> 2. Report - Councilman Fowle . <br /> Councilman Fowle commented on his Memo to the Council regarding his <br /> • Conference with the Planning Commission on October 4, 1962 at which <br /> • the following topics were discussed; Paths , Revision of Setback re- <br /> • <br /> quirement , Undergound Utilities Ordinance , and the Fretz-Ciceroni <br /> Subdivision Map. <br /> • 3. Tracts Nos. 170? & 2374 - Failure to Complete Improvements. <br /> The Clerk stated that notice of default has been filed with the sub- <br /> dividers of Tracts 1707 and 2374; that letters have been written to them <br /> by the City Attorney on several occasions ; that there has been no re- <br /> sponse , and completion of the improvements has not been accomplished . <br /> tar Mayor Clayton commented that the contractor responsible for the improve- <br />
