Fremont Hills Development Co . - Mr. E. Van Buskirk, in letter of Dec . 12, <br /> 1662 , appealed to the Council to approve extension of Use Permit for <br /> sales office for one year. <br /> The Clerk explained that the Planning Commission had , at its meeting of <br /> December bun , recommended denial of the extension of the permit . <br /> Commissioner Bowler, Chairman of the Planning Commission, commented <br /> that n0 one was present from the Fremont Hills Development Co . to dis- <br /> cuss the matter with the Commisslon. He also stated that the Planning <br /> Commission had reluctantly recommended approval last year. <br /> The City Clerk commented that there have been no objections to the <br /> office received by the Staff . <br /> ACTION : <br /> That the Council adopt the recor;mer_dation of the Planning Com- <br /> mission. <br /> NOTION: Henley; SECOND : Aiken; <br /> The Mayor suggested that action be withheld at this time, and that the <br /> Devulcpers be advised to appear to discuss the matter. <br /> 4111. Chairman Bowler mentioned that the present Use Permit will expire be- <br /> fore the Cc'ancil convenes again. <br /> LMEEDMCNT : By Mayor Clayton; <br /> That the present permit be extended for thirty (30) days and <br /> the primary motion take effect . <br />
