.t <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 609 . <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE TOWN <br /> OF LOS ALTOS HILLS CONCERNING ZONING REGULATIONS. <br /> WHEREAS IT IS HELD THAT the Town of Los Altos Hills, through its <br /> electorate, has the legal right to determine and legislate its own ., <br /> zoning ordinances, and <br /> WHEREAS IT IS HELD THAT the Town of Los Altos Hills, in legal <br /> response from a mandate of the electorate, has and continues to <br /> rightfully set down such ordinances from time to time by proper <br /> legislation; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED, THEREFORE, that the Town of Los Altos Hills does <br /> deplore, and reject as unjustified the current effort by the <br /> Confederacion de la Raza Unida to circumvent the law, overrule the <br /> electorate, and induce the judicial to legislate local zoning contrary <br /> to the expression of its citizens. <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was passed and <br /> adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council of the Town of <br /> Los Altos Hills on December 21,1970, by the following roll call vote: <br /> AYES: Councilmen Corbett, Davey, Grabowski, Helgesson and Mayor Benson <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> ATTEST: <br /> ( ")- <br /> City ,Cle� <br /> APPROVED: <br /> <br /> <br /> Mayor '. <br />
