RESOLUTION NO. 606 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL. OF .THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS DETERMINING THAT THE PUBLIC INTEREST AND_ NECESSITY REQUIRE THE ACQUISITION OF AN EASEMENT AND DIRECTING THE FILING OF EMINENT DOMAIN PROCEEDINGS . RESOLVED, by the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills , California, that. WHEREAS, said Town is prepared to proceed with public improvements in the vicinity:of Fremont Road between Seven Acres Lane and Edith Avenue, and WHEREAS, to complete said improvements it will be necessary to obtain the right-of-way more particularly described in Exhibit A hereto attached and by thisreference herein. incorporated, NOW, THEREFORE, it is. found, determined and ordered as follows : 1. That the public interest and necessity require the acquisition, construction and completion by said Town of the proposed public improvements . 2 . That the right-of-way described in said Exhibit A is necessary for said improvements . 3.. That said proposed improvements are planned and located : in the manner which will be most compatible with the greatest public good and the least private injury. 4 . That said said acquisitions are located within the territorial limits of the. Town of Los Altos Hills 5 . That Robin D. Faisant, City Attorney, be and he is hereby directed to institute and conduct to conclusion an action in eminent domain for the acquisition of said right-of-way and to take such action as necessary therein. 6. That an order of immediate possession be obtained in said action and that a warrant or warrants be issued to the County Clerk of the County of Santa Clara in the amount or, amounts determined . . by the Court to be deposited as a condition to the right of immediate possession.
