Dreessen, Mrs. Betty (182-60) 4 lots. Engr. J. Riley. <br /> Relative to improvements to Edgerton Road, Council Aiken reported <br /> for the Committee appointed to bring in a recommendation. He <br /> stated that, at this time, it would seem impractical to require <br /> Edgerton Road to be reconstructed. It was the Committees sug- <br /> gestion that the road be offered for dedication by the Subdivider, <br /> and that any larger improvements be deferred until the time Mr. <br /> Cooley subdivides or necessity warrants , and at that time, an <br /> assessment district may be formed. <br /> ACTION: <br /> That the Tentetive Map of Mrs. Betty Dreessen (182-60) <br /> 4 lots be approved, subject to the following: . <br /> 1.
