Deal and Eleanor L. Deal, his wife, binding and run- <br /> ning with the land for improvements resulting from the subdivision. <br /> Date of the Covenant is April 28, 1961. <br /> The fact was mentioned that, in the contract with Sondgroth Bros. , <br /> the dates for commencing and completion is not mentioned, nor is <br /> the provision for one-year maintenance of improvements covered in <br /> the Bond. <br /> Mr. Deal was asked to have these items attached to the agreement. <br /> ACTION: <br /> That the Final Map of Roger r:. Deal (176-60) 4 lots be ap- <br /> proved, subject to all conditions irposed by the Planning Con- <br /> mission, approval of all agencies, and conditions of the <br /> Covenant, doted :.pril 28, 19610 . <br /> MOTION: Aiken; SECOND: Sherlock; VOTE: Passed unanimously <br /> ORDINANCES: <br /> 1. Ordinance, No. 71 - Canine Control. <br /> Mr. Manny Pearl, Public Engineer of Santa Clara County Health De- <br /> partment , commented on provisions of the County's Ordinance , re- <br /> lative to barking dogs, definitions of kennels and pet shops, and <br /> control of stray dogs with regard to rabies control. <br /> Councilman Henley was asked to report at the next meeting relative <br /> to kennels and pet shops. <br /> The City Attorney was asked to to submit a draft incorporating <br /> the matters discussed and changes or additions proposed. <br /> ACTION: <br /> That the Second Rending of Ordinance No. 71 be deferred to <br /> the next meeting. <br /> MOTION: Henley; SECOND: Clayton; VOTE: Passed unanimously <br /> 2. Ordinance No. 2 - Emergency Ordinance Establishing Fees for Filing <br /> Tentative and Final Subdivision Maps and for Inspections. <br /> The Ordinance was read in its entirety by the City Attorney. <br /> ACTION: <br /> That Ordinance No. 72 be odor'-ed as road. <br /> 116 MOTION: Henley; SECOND : Clayton; <br />
