Fowle Monday, February 1, 1960 <br /> at 7:44 F. N. at the Town Hall, 26379 Fest Fremont , Los Altos Hills. <br /> ROLL CALL: FR.?SEFT: Councilmen Clayton, Henley, Mayor Fowle , <br /> Councilman Sherlock arrived 8:45 P. M. <br /> ABSENT : Councilman Bledsoe <br /> MINUTES: January 18, 1960. <br /> ACTION: <br /> Adopt Minutes Minutes of Jan. 18t as amended, (See <br /> Page 2--Lupine Acres) . <br /> COMMUNICATIONS: <br /> 1. Santa Clara Planning Commission - Notice of Meeting in San Jose , <br /> February 17h to consider the County General Plan. • The Mayor asked <br /> Con issioner Nellouist to try and have Mr. Barrett to attend. <br /> 2. Santa Clara County Flannin : Commission and Board of Zoning Gd,just- <br /> ment - agenda for Meeting of Feb. 3 , 1960. It was noted that the <br /> Nary aprlication for "greenbelt" zoning will be considered. <br /> Councilman Henle;, suggested that the Town oppose the change in <br /> zoning. <br /> The Mayor stated that he would see that the Town is represented. <br /> 3. Urs. C. E. Nelson - Letter of thanks for the Town path along <br /> Boody Road to the Duveneh Ranch. <br /> COMMITTEE REFORTS: Mono . <br /> OLD BUSINESS: <br /> 1. Path on .xastradero Road. <br /> Mrs. Travis and Firs. randoli spoke in opposition to the path, <br /> stating that path world not go anywhere, and that it would be bet- <br /> ter to keep children away from 'xastradero Road. <br /> Councilman Clayton favored having a path, stating that .xastradero <br /> Road path would join a path on 1. Fremont .ve. <br /> ACTION: <br /> ` That it is to be the policy of the Council that a separated <br /> �r path exist on .rastradero Road generally fronting the Travis, <br /> Mandoli , Beth In, and other properties, starting at the west- <br /> erly edge of the Mandoli property and continuing to W. Fremont. <br /> MOTION: Clayton; SECOND: Henley; VOTE: Passed unanimously <br />
