Irma Goldsmith, Mrs. <br /> Walter Benson, Mr. Sidney lJ. Treat , Commissioners Williams and <br /> Alter, of the Planning Commission, Nestor Barrett, and Councilmen. <br /> The Mayor called a five minute recess to study the Resolution. <br /> The meeting was reconvened, and Resolution No. 124, as amended, <br /> was read. <br /> ACTION: <br /> Adopt Resolution No. 124 as read. <br /> MOTION: Clayton; SECOND: Henley; <br /> ROLL CALL: ;YES: Bledsoe , Clayton, Henley, Sherlock, Mayor <br /> Fowle <br /> N0^.S: None <br /> :'.BSENT : None <br /> Councilman Clayton was excused. <br /> PUBLIC HEARING: <br /> 1. Iup.ine Lane Plan Line. <br /> The iiayor opened the Public Hearing at 9 :05 T. M. <br /> A letter, dated February 1, 1960 from Mr. H. E. Secrest, recom- <br /> mended that final action on the Plan Line be postponed until prop- <br /> erty owners have had a chance to negotiate relative to moving the <br /> property lines. <br /> Mr. Socrest was present and explained that he and Mr. Ney wished <br /> to negotiate moving property lines which would change the present <br /> plan line. <br /> Mr. Barrett commented that the plan line is a matter of engineer- <br /> ing, and if the location is satisfactory with the Town and is <br /> mutually satisfactory with Mr. Secrest and Mr. Ney, it should be <br /> satisfactory. <br /> The Public Hearing was terminated at 9: 20 P. .M. • <br /> L ACTION: <br /> That the Lupine Lane Plan Line be referred back to the Plan- <br /> ning Commission for further study and recommendation. <br /> MOTION: Bledsoe ; SECOND: Sherlock; VOTE: Passed unanimously <br />
