Ahandonmen of P. U. E. Easement - Lots Nos. 3 & 5, Block "M", <br /> Tract No. 2062, Fremont Hills , Unit No. 5. <br /> The City Clerk stated that the request was made by the Engineer <br /> for Fremont Hills Development Co. <br /> Approvals of the proposed abandonment have been received from the <br /> Purissina Hills County Water District, Pacific Telephone, and the <br /> Pacific Gas & Electric Co. <br /> The City Attorney was requested to draft a resolution, during <br /> which time , the next item of business was considered. <br /> ' , Dalton Keith - Appealing Planning Commission's Denial of Re-loca- <br /> tion of Lot Lines .fer Lots Nos. 4 & 23, Hillhaven Subdivision). <br /> The Clerk reported that the Planning Commission had voted uneni- <br /> rously to deny approval of relocation of lot lines. No specific <br /> reasons were given. <br /> No one was present to represent the Planning Commission. <br /> ACTION: <br /> That the request of Keith Dalton for relocation of lot line <br /> for Lot 4 and 23, Hillhaven Subdivision, be denied. <br /> MOTION: Sherlock; <br /> Motion was lost for lack of Second. <br /> The City Attorney commented that , legally, the owner of Lot No. 23 <br /> could be issued a building permit; that this is an approved build- <br /> ing site; that an encroachment easement could be gained; and the <br /> Town would not have to be consulted. <br /> Following further discussion of acreage of other lots in the vicin- <br /> ity, the following action was taken: <br /> ACTION: <br /> That this matter be referred back to the Planning Commission <br /> for further study in light of the legal advice of the City <br /> Attorney. <br /> MOTION: Clayton; SECOND: Bledsoe ; VOTE: Passed unanimously <br /> p <br />
