Discussion of Sewer District. <br /> Mr. John F. Daley, Chairman of Sanitation Committee, appointed by <br /> the Mayor, reported on the possibility of formation of a Sewer <br /> . ssessment District for the purpose of installation of sewers in <br /> the vicinity of Burke :.venue and W. Fremont .:venue. <br /> Mr. Daley explained the procedure to be followed, stating that <br /> the area would be served by the City of Los :sites. <br /> The Mayor and Councilman agreed that the Town would lend its <br /> support to�y♦T4�r. Daley and the people in the area, although the <br /> Town woulCinve jurisdiction over the assessment district. <br /> 2. Dalton, Keith - '.ppeal of Planning Commission's Denial of Lot Line <br /> Change. <br /> ACTION: <br /> That Mr. Keith Dalton's request for relocation of lot lines <br /> of Lots Nos. 4 and 23, Hillhaven Subdivision, be approved. <br /> MOTION: Clayton; SECOND: Sherlock; VOTE: Passed unanimously <br /> 3. Claitor, James D. - Request for Extension of Time for Completion <br /> improvements. <br /> Mr. Claitor was present and stated his reasons for requesting an <br /> extension of time , and agreed to post a new bond. <br /> :.CTION: <br /> That the request of James D. Claitor, for a six month exten- <br /> sion of time for completion of improvements in Stonebrook <br /> Subdivision No. 2, be granted, subject to the filing a new <br /> and sufficient bond. <br /> MOTION: Henley; SECOND: Clayton; VOTE: Passed unanimously <br /> eh.
