Gunn, Supt . of the Palo Alto Unified <br /> School, was read, recuesting a path from the Town Hall to St . <br /> Francis Drive. <br /> The matter was referred to the Planning Commission for recommenda- <br /> tion. <br /> Letter, doted Sept. 23, 1960 and signed by eleven residents living <br /> on Esperanza, Concepcion, Viscaino and Camino Medic Avenues, was <br /> road, requesting 25 MPH speed lioit signs and "S" curve signs be <br /> erected on Concepcion Ave. , a crosswalk at the intersection of <br /> Concepcion Ivo. and Viscaino Dr. , the construction of a path from <br /> Viscaino Dr. to Esperanza Dr. , thence to :`.scension Avenue. <br /> This matter of traffic signs was referred to Councilmen Clayton <br /> and Sherlock, the Council' s Road Committee, for a recommendation. <br /> 2. UN Day Proclamation - The Mayor proclaimed Monday, October 24th, <br /> 1960 Un Day in the Town of Los Altos Hills. <br /> 3. Request for Street Name Change - Cul de Sac Way to Sherlock Road. <br /> The Clerk stated that a letter had been received from Mr. Wayne <br /> W. Litchfield. and a petition signed by fourteen residents on Cul <br /> de Sac 'Jay requesting Cul de Sac lay be changed to Sherlock Road. <br /> The City Attorney was asked to draft a resolution proposing the <br /> change , to be acted on later. <br /> 4. The appointment of Mrs. Louise Fortriode as City Treasurer for the <br /> Town was announced by the rayor with the concurrence of the Council, <br /> VARIkNCES & USE PERMITS: <br /> 1. Giusti, V. E.
