Fowle Monday, Nov. 21, <br /> 1960 at 7:48 P. M. at the Town Hall, 26379 W. Fremont, Los Altos Hills, <br /> ROLL CALL: PRESENT: Councilmen Aiken, Clayton, Sherlock, Mayor <br /> Fowle, Councilman Henley arrived 8:00 F. M. <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> MINUTES: November 7, 1960. <br /> ACTION: <br /> :Adopt Minutes of Nov. 7, 1960 as submitted. <br /> COMMUNIC'.TIONS: <br /> 1. Planning Commission - Letter inviting the City Council to attend <br /> a Study Session on Private Ro?ds in the Town, to be held follow- <br /> ing their next regular meeting Thursday, Dec. 1 , 1960. <br /> ANNOUNCEMENTS: <br /> Councilman Clayton commented briefly on the Santa Clara County Traf- <br /> ficways Committee 's progress. <br /> COMMITTEE REPORTS: <br /> 1. Trees - Concepcion Avenue. <br /> The City Manager reported that bids had been submi'ted for re- <br /> moval of dead pine trees. He recommended that the City' s road <br /> crew remove the trees in the normal course of work. <br /> The Mayor requested the Manager to assum this responsibility. <br /> 2. Paths - Fremont Hills School Area. <br /> The City Manager submitted the Path Committee ' s Report, which <br /> had previously been mailed to Councilmen; and a petition repre- <br /> senting twenty families and containing thirty-three (33) sig- <br /> natures, requesting a path along West Fremont :_venue. <br /> [ Following coments and questions from Councilmen, Commissioner <br /> ;e Hibner, Chairman of the Planning Commission, Mr. C. W. Cathcart, <br /> and Dr. D. H. Goodman, the following action was proposed: <br />
