The Mayor announced that the report from the California State <br /> Automobile Association has been received regarding one-way traffic <br /> at West Fremont, Altos and Burke Avenues, and that within a short <br /> time recommendations will be put into effect. <br /> 2. A meeting with the Division of Highways Engineer, Mr. R. A. Hayler, <br /> will be held to discuss the changes in the proposed Junipera <br /> Serra Freeway. Date of the meeting is January 152, 1959 at 7:30 <br /> F. M. at the Town Hall. <br /> Councilman Clayton was asked , b7 the Mayor, to Chair the meeting. <br /> 3. The Mayor asked Planning Commission Chairman, Oscar Holm, the <br /> status of the Zioning Ordinance, and requested that he arrange for <br /> a Public Hearing to be held in the very near future. <br /> 4. The City Engineer, ?'illiam H. Longmire , was requested to prepare <br /> a resort, in detail, noting any deficiencies in the road con- <br /> structed by Mi . Schroll. <br /> 5. The City Clerk stated that Mr. Doldiron, of the Fremont Hills De- <br /> velopment Company, had requested that they be permitted to take <br /> a Bond for a lesser amount for the remaining improvements to be <br /> completed, prior to acceptance of Unit1, rather than have to <br /> renew the Bond for :113,000.00 which is due at this time. <br /> The City Clerk stated that only two items of improvement have not <br /> been completed, namely, drainage improvements at the northerly <br /> end of Lscension Ave. and at the rear of the Rockwell property <br />
