Nolte. <br /> The City Clerk stated that Mrs. Davison had agreed to dedicate <br /> approximately one-fourth acre at the westerly tip of her property <br /> for future road re-alignment , and that an agreement had been work- <br /> ed out with the Fremont Hills Development Company to dedicate a <br /> portion of Unit 46 which abutts the Davison land. <br /> ACTION: <br /> That the request for waiver of requirements of Ordinance #35 <br /> in the division of land of Gladys Davison be granted, subject <br /> to the dedication of a ten (10) foot strip of land fronting <br /> on Elena Avenue and including the westerly tip of approximate- <br /> ly one-fourth (y.) acre. <br /> MOTION: Clayton; SECOND: Sherlock; VOTE: Tossed unanimously <br /> ACTION: <br /> That the City Council extend its gratitude and a vote of <br /> thanks to Irs.
