These amendments were <br /> read and discussed. Representatives of P.G.&E. and P.T&T. were <br /> present . <br /> The City Attorney stated that he would approve the changes and <br /> amendments. <br /> The Title of Ordinance No. 52 was read by the City Clerk. <br />
