Nolte. <br /> The City Clerk read the Planning Commission's recommendation <br /> for approval of July 2, 1959. <br /> Commissioner Mellquist, Chairman of the Planning Commission, <br /> stated that he was not present when this map was considered <br /> and suggosted':that tthore should bo a requirement at •paths : <br /> along ene: side of the cul de sac. <br /> After discussion the following action was taken: <br /> ACTION: <br /> That t'ie tentative map of Bastow and Wirshing (148-59) 6 <br /> lots be approved subject to the requirements of the <br /> Planning Commission and the additional requirement that <br /> a path be constructed along one side of the cul de sac <br /> unless it shall appear to Town Engineer to be unfeasible. <br /> MOTION: Henley; SECOND: Sherlock; VOTE: Passed unanimously <br /> 5. Geer property be abandoned by Mr. Koblick. <br /> Mr. Guerro, acting for Mr. Koblick, stated that the easement <br /> could be abandoned. <br /> ACTION: <br /> `.
