Sewer Committee. <br /> The Mayor stated that the Report has been in the hands of the Coun- <br /> cil for several weeks, and requested that some action be taken at <br /> this time , <br /> ACTION: <br /> That the Council accept the Report of the Sewer Committee, <br /> -•rith many thanks, with the feeling that the proposed assess- <br /> ment districts should be initiated by the local residents. <br /> MOTION: Clayton; SECOND: Sherlock; VOTE: Passed unanimously <br /> 3. Extension of "rater Service Above 800' Level. <br /> The Mayor stated that the question has been raised of whether the <br /> Town should instigate an engineering study of various possibilities <br /> of bringing water to the areas in the Town above the elevation of <br /> 800' . He further stated that it is the opinion of some persons, <br /> that the Town should give some study to supplying them with water. <br /> Mrs. Eshner stated that the Purissima Hills County Water District <br /> is making a survey of the water problems in the area, and this re- <br /> port will probably be available early in November. <br /> Following comments from Mr. Frank Berg, Mr. and Mrs. E. R. Lovett, <br /> Mr. Kepler, Mrs. Eshner, and Mr. Longmire, Councilmen agreed to <br /> await the report of the survey being made by Furissima Hills County <br /> Water District before authorizing any engineering studies. <br /> NEW BUSINESS: <br /> 1. Hinton, Gertrude - Relocation of Lot Lines. Engr. John Riley. <br /> Commissioner Hibner reported that the Planning Commission recommend- <br /> ed approval. <br /> ACTION: <br /> 401 That the reloc...tion of lot lines of the Record of Survey of <br /> Gertrude Hinton be approved. <br /> MOTION: Bledsoe ; SECOND: Sherlock; VOTE: Passed unanimously <br />
