ACTION: That the recommendation expressed in Resolution No. 3-59 of the Flaming Corrission be adopted with thanks; that the question of inhabited annexation be referred to the Planning Commission for a metes and bounds or other legal- ly acceptable description and further consideration of questions of planning aspects, and that the Corsission be asked to forward a recorrendation to the Council for the meeting of November 30, 1959. The City .Attorney suggested that an informal petition be on file at the Town Hall so interested persons nay sign. There were no objections stated to the proposed annexation. Mayor Fowl° c.nneunced that the Town will need assistance in getting votes, and solicited assistance from interested parties. A ten minute recess was declared. NEW BUSINESS : 1. General Plan - Setting Date of Public Hearing. The General Plan was submitted to the Council by the Planning Commission along with Resolution No. 2-59, recommending adoption. ACTION: Tint a public hearing on the General Plan of the Town of Los Altos Hills be held December 7, 1959 at 7:45 P. M. at the L. Town Hall and that the City Clerk be directed to publish appropriate notice thereof according to law. MOTION: Sherlock; SECOND: Henley;
