Fowle Monday, Nov- <br /> ember 30, 1959 at 7:53 F. M. at the Town Hall, 26379 W. Fremont Ave. , <br /> Los Altos Hills. <br /> ROLL CALL: PRESENT: Councilmen Bledsoe, Clayton, Henley, Sherlock, <br /> Mayor Fowle <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> Approval of Minutes was dispensed with at this time. <br /> COMMUNICATIONS: <br /> 1. Study Committee for the Third Water Level District - Reading of <br /> letter was deferred to New Business. <br /> NEW BUSINESS: <br /> 1. Flanging Commission's Recommendation on Proposed Annexation to <br /> Los Altos Hills. <br /> Resolution No. 4-59 of the Planning Commission was read by the <br /> City Clerk. Attached to the Resolution, as Exhibit "A", was the <br /> description of the area we prepared by the City Engineer. <br /> ACTION: <br /> That the Council accept the recommendation of the Planning <br /> Commission in the adoption of Resolution on No. 4-59. <br /> MOTION: Henley; SECOND: Clayton; <br /> ROLL CALL: AYES: Bledsoe, Clayton, Henley, Sherlock, Mayor <br /> Fowle <br /> NOES : None <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> The City Attorney suggested that the record state that the Coun- <br /> cil has been apprised of the fact that some of this territory in <br /> the proposed annexation does not meet the standards of zoning of <br /> the Town of Los Altos Hills. <br /> The Informal Petition, giving consent to the proposed annexation, <br /> was read by the Clerk. Names appearing on the Petition were: <br /> Mrs. F. Berry, Mrs. Elmer Filippini , Mrs. J. Sherman, Mrs. A. A. <br /> Comely, and Mrs. S. Williston. <br /> Questions were asked whether non conforming uses would be accepted, <br /> The City Attorney stated that they would be accepted as preexist- <br /> ing non conforming uses and would be subject to the Town's re- <br /> strictions of such uses. <br />
