Klein, Trustees of the Klein Family T st dated <br /> October 21, 1997, ("Owners"), owners of the property commonly known as 26063 Todd <br /> Lane, Los Altos Hills,•California,to and for the benefit of the Town of Los Altos Hills, a <br /> municipal corporation("Town"). <br /> Section 1.
