Gordon E. Bowler - Copy of letter from the Chairman of the Planning <br />Commission to the Santa Clara County Planning Commission, opposing the <br />change in zoning requested by Stonebridge ,"ssociates. <br />Vice -Chairman Hawley reported that the Council had adopted a Resolution <br />opposing the charge requested, and urged Commissioner to attendthe <br />meeting of the S. C. Co. Planning Comnission on "'eb. 20T= at which the <br />request for rezoning will be heard. <br />2. Citttorne-- Memo stated that the draft for amending the Subdivision <br />rdinance relative to 'Cluster Development' will be submitted at his <br />earliest convenience. <br />3, County Planning Commission and Board of Zoning :Adjustment - Summary of <br />actions £or the meeting or January 16, 1963. <br />AH_ ONNCEPT'NTS: None. <br />COMMITTEE REPORTS <br />1. Stud essian - Vice -Chairman Hawley reported on the Study Session hell <br />_7e ruary , 1963 at which 'cluster Development' and. 'Off Site Cost On <br />Far Lot Basis' was discussed. <br />The suggestion was made that data be collected and filed in the Fl e- <br />ning Co;�mission rile under the following subjects: 'Cluster 1;evelop- <br />-ent' and 'Off Site Cost on Per Lot Basis' <br />14 iI;:NCES; <br />1. GGuasch, Claude E, (125-62) - Request for Reduction of Setback Require- <br />ment for Residence. <br />Vice -Chairman Hawley stated that the request is for 10' reduction on <br />
