"W <br />-2- <br />5• Count Boundar Commission - Letter, dated December 11, 1958 as -a <br />nounce a proposed annexation of the area designated as McClellan <br />No. 1 to the City of Cupertino. <br />Filed. <br />CLD BUSINESS: <br />1. ag2ed Limit on irastradero Road - Letter from Dr. Beaver requested <br />reduction of the speed limit and the correction of a dangerous <br />curve on .Airastradero Road near the Fremont Hills property. <br />The City Clerk stated that he had requested Dr. Beaver and other <br />residents to write letters relative to the reduction of the speed <br />limit. <br />Following discussion, the Mayor stated that he would write to <br />Mr. Hubbard requesting a reduction of the speed limit. <br />2. Budget d Fin ce Committee - Report on Budget (Ending 'first Four- <br />Yonth Feriod of FiscalYear 1958-59). <br />The Report was submitted by Councilman Treat and was discussed by <br />the Council. <br />It was decided that a report shall be given at the end of six <br />months and at quarterly intervals. <br />DIVISIONS OF L4ND: <br />1. TentAtive Maps: <br />a) Tremont Hills Unit #5 (91-57) 52 lots. Engr. L. G. Brian. <br />Mr. John Riley, Engineer, and Mr. William D. He <br />stated that they are behind schedule due to difficulties with <br />contractors, buz proggress is being made.
